An AI assistant for WordPress that learns a business’s own website — pages, WooCommerce products and property listings — answers visitors from that content, shows real products and listings as cards, and captures leads inside the chat.
The Challenge
Most website chatbots are either scripted decision trees that frustrate visitors, or generic AI that invents prices and products the business does not sell. Our clients — WooCommerce stores and property portals — needed an assistant that answers only from their own content, keeps up as that content changes, and turns a conversation into a lead, without anyone having to train it.
