What We Built

We built a licence client SDK that ships inside every product and a server behind marketplace.weavelinx.com. Licence assertions are cryptographically signed (EdDSA) and verified on the customer’s site, so they survive short offline periods and cannot be faked by editing a database row. A WooCommerce purchase provisions the key automatically, and licensed sites receive updates through the normal WordPress updater. AI features call api.weavelinx.com, which either debits the customer’s prepaid wallet per token or forwards their own key, so the valuable work happens server-side, where it cannot be pirated.

The Challenge

Selling WordPress plugins means anyone can copy the zip. We needed licences that cannot be forged, updates that reach only paying sites, and a way to sell AI features without handing customers our API key or exposing them to unpredictable bills.
