A. Weavelinx Website
When you visit weavelinx.com or submit any form on our website (such as a contact, enquiry, or newsletter form), we may collect the following information:

Your name, email address, and phone number that you voluntarily provide through forms or during support communication. - Log Data:
Technical information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is collected automatically to help us understand how our website is used. - Cookies:

B. DeskBilling (Desktop App)
DeskBilling is designed to work completely offline, with no internet connection required for its core features.
- All your billing records, customer profiles, invoices, GST reports, and company data are stored locally on your own device.
- We do not collect, transmit, or have any access to your business data, financial records, or any information you enter into DeskBilling.
- The only information we may receive is what you manually share with us — for example, if you reach out to our support team with a query or attach a file while requesting help.
C. Weavelinx CRM Plugin & Mobile App
The Weavelinx CRM Plugin is installed and fully operated on your own WordPress website, hosted on your own server. The Weavelinx CRM Mobile App acts as a client application that connects directly and exclusively to your own WordPress site.
- All CRM data — including leads, contacts, meetings, follow-up notes, and notifications — is stored entirely on your own WordPress server. Weavelinx has no access to this data at any time.
- Weavelinx does not collect, receive, process, or store any CRM data that you or your team enters through the plugin or the mobile app. Your client and business data never leaves your own server.
- The mobile app communicates directly with your WordPress site using a secure authentication token. This token is stored on your device and your server only — Weavelinx is not involved in this communication.
- Push Notifications: The mobile app uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications such as new lead alerts and meeting reminders. A device registration token is generated by Firebase upon app installation and is used solely for the purpose of delivering notifications to your device. This token is not used for any other purpose, and no notification content is stored by Weavelinx.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Information collected through the Weavelinx website is used solely for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries, provide the services you request and provide technical support.
- To send you product updates, newsletters, or marketing communications, but only if you have explicitly opted in to receive them.
- To analyse website traffic and improve our website experience based on usage trends.
- To comply with legal obligations if required by applicable law.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not use, sell, or share your personal information for third-party advertising purposes.

- Personal information submitted through our website (such as contact forms) is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at web@weavelinx.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
- Since DeskBilling stores all data locally on your device, and the CRM plugin stores all data on your own server, you have full and direct control over that data at all times. No deletion request to Weavelinx is required for these products.
