UI/UX Design Services in Pune

Interfaces that make complex software feel obvious.

Product design from our Pune team for SaaS dashboards, mobile apps, admin panels and marketing sites — from early wireframes to developer-ready Figma files with a complete component library.

What's included

What our UI/UX design includes

Product UI design

SaaS dashboards, CRUD interfaces, data-heavy admin panels — designed to be usable, not just visually polished.

Full Figma component system

Components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens. Handed to developers as a complete system, not loose screens.

Interactive prototypes

Clickable Figma prototypes for user testing and stakeholder sign-off before development starts.

Mobile UI (iOS & Android)

Designs that follow platform conventions — not just scaled-down desktop layouts.

User research & testing

Jobs-to-be-done interviews, usability testing, and heuristic review to validate design decisions.

Dev-ready handoff

Zeplin / Figma Dev Mode with precise measurements, exported assets, and interactive state documentation.

How it works

How our design process works

01

Discovery

User goals, business goals, competitor audit, and a content/feature inventory before any screens are drawn.

02

Information architecture

Site map, user flows, and navigation structure agreed before visual design starts.

03

Wireframes & UX

Low-fidelity wireframes for key flows. Edge cases, empty states, error states — all mapped before visual polish.

04

Visual design & handoff

High-fidelity Figma files. Component library, responsive variants, developer annotations, and prototype links.

In depth

Design that works for your users

UX and UI: the difference

UX (user experience) is how the product works: the flows, the structure, and what happens when something goes wrong. UI (user interface) is how it looks and feels: layout, type, colour and components. A beautiful interface on a confusing flow still loses users, so we design the flow first.

Designing data-heavy software

  • Information first: the numbers people check most are visible without extra clicks.
  • Fast repeat work: keyboard-friendly forms, bulk actions and sensible defaults for daily tasks.
  • Every state designed: loading, empty, error and permission screens, not just the happy path.
  • Consistency: one component library, so new screens look and behave like the rest.

Designers and developers in one team

Because we also build what we design, our Figma files are realistic: components map to code, edge cases are thought through, and nothing needs redesigning when it meets the browser.

Redesigning an existing product

We start with what you already know — support tickets, analytics, the screens users complain about — and fix the flows that cost the most time before changing the visual style.

Common questions

UI/UX design: frequently asked questions

Both. For product work we always start with user goals. For pure visual redesigns with a clear brief we can skip straight to high-fidelity.

We can do both. Most of our projects are design + development. Design-only delivery (Figma handoff to your dev team) is also fine.

We build a component library in Figma for every product project. Individual screen-only work is available for landing pages and marketing sites.

Minor refinements are included. Scope changes (new features, significant flow changes) are scoped as a separate revision round.

A marketing site usually takes two to three weeks of design. A SaaS dashboard or app with a component library takes four to eight weeks, depending on the number of screens and user roles.

Yes. Every layout is designed for the screen sizes your users actually use, and mobile apps follow iOS and Android conventions rather than shrinking a desktop design.
