What We Built

We mapped each recurring workflow end to end, then rebuilt them as automations on a self-hosted n8n instance connected to Slack, Google Workspace, Notion and the client’s CRM. Self-hosting keeps the client’s data on infrastructure they control and removes per-task pricing, so adding another workflow costs nothing extra to run.

The Challenge

The operations team was copying the same information between Slack, Google Workspace, Notion and their CRM by hand. No single task was complex, but together they consumed hours of skilled time every week and every manual copy was a chance for an error.
