We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to launch their career in business development, whether you’re a student, recent graduate, or looking for a career change. You’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute to our efforts to drive sales and manage client relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and research potential clients across industries using LinkedIn, web directories, and other platforms.
  • Assist in lead generation and outreach through LinkedIn messages, cold emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
  • Maintain and regularly update CRM or lead-tracking sheets with accurate progress notes.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
  • Help analyze competitors, market trends, and client behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the founder to convert qualified leads into calls or demo meetings.
  • Contribute creative ideas for client acquisition, partnership strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and managing outreach templates, pitch decks, and proposal documents.
  • Track outreach performance (response rates, meetings, conversions) and share weekly insights.
  • Stay updated on Weavelinx services and communicate their value effectively to potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written).
  • Lead generation and market research.
  • LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or HubSpot).
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and self-motivation.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or software development (preferred).
